The following information is intended for Canadian patients who have been prescribed an Amgen anemia treatment. This is a summary only and does not include all information on the treatment.

Once you login to this section, you will be provided with answers to frequently asked questions about this product and various patient education materials. In order to login to this section you need to know the Drug Identification Number (DIN).

What Is A DIN?

A DIN is a Drug Identification Number. It is found on the label of all prescription and over-the-counter drug products that have been approved by Health Canada for sale in Canada. You will find it on the packaging and your prescription receipt from your Pharmacy. The letters "DIN" are followed by a number. For example DIN 01234567. Once you have located the DIN use it to login below.
